OCZ使用ES 版本的SF-2281主控官方說明

    近期市場有反應OCZ Vertex 3使用ES版本的SandForce主控，為此SandForce已經出來澄清此事，SandForce官方將于明天給出說明，我們先行將中文說明公布給大家：

    中文：

    美商饑餓鯊(OCZ)所使用標示有ES字樣之SF-2281控制芯片，是由于打上產品編號當時SandForce仍在進行驗證過程，而在SandForce完成驗證之后，SandForce同意且認為這些ES編號的控制器與量產版本并無不同，且同意美商饑餓鯊將ES字樣遮蓋。因為這些芯片通過了SandForce的正式量產驗證程序，采用標示有ES字樣控制器的饑餓鯊(OCZ)的SSD，也屬于量產合格的產品，這些ES芯片所代表的質量與目前制造產品完全相同。

    "SF-2281 parts were shipped to OCZ marked ES because SandForce was still running qualification at the time of marking.  These were shipped to OCZ with the intention that OCZ would cover up the ES marking and ship when SandForce qualification was completed. These parts have passed our qualification and all parts marked ES on OCZ branded drives are classified as qualified release silicon.  These parts represent production level units and nothing is being manufactured any differently today."
